Private Surf Lessons
Our private surf lessons are suitable for total beginners and surfers who are at the intermediate level.
We offer both ‘one on one’ and ‘two on one’ private lessons.
Private tuition allows you to “fast-track” learning about the basics of surfing and learn know how to surf in a shorter time. Your own personal coach will be dedicated to you alone for the entire surfing lesson.
If you have your own gear, surfers are encouraged to bring that along so we can coach you on the equipment you regularly use.
Lessons run for 1 hour 15 mins and all equipment is provided including surfboards, wetsuits (if required) and rash-vests.
Lessons daily: 8.30am, 12.00pm & 3.00pm

24 hours notice must be provided to cancel your surf lesson.
Unfortunately no refunds can be given if, for any reason, you have to leave early while participating in a surf lesson.
Our beaches, and all beaches for that matter, are at times subject to currents, troughs, rips, shallow sandbanks and strong winds. We strongly advise you to take the time to consider these factors before you accept the Risk Warning & Waiver form and participate in a surf lesson.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone surf lessons due to poor or dangerous surf conditions.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations advised with 24 hours notice before your surf lesson are fully refundable. Cancellations inside of 24 hours of surf lesson will be charged a $30 administration Fee. Cancellations made inside 4 hours of your surf lesson will result in full amount for the lesson payable by you.
Even on rainy days, lessons will often still be held. We’re all going to get wet anyway.
Lesson times may vary as ocean conditions are constantly changing. If the lesson time needs to be changed we will contact you as early as possible to arrange a more suitable lesson time.
